Brunch La Vialette*
Mornings begin differently here at the Domaine. Our team and the village baker create a generous spread for you, featuring local Lozère produce. A leisurely, indulgent moment where conversation takes its time. Brunch at La Vialette is a morning transformed into a lasting memory.

The Bread Oven*
There's something unique about the smell of burning wood and rising dough. The Domaine's old oven is fired up upon request, and with it, the spirit of a bygone era returns: the spirit of sharing around the warmth, of learned and passed-down skills, of life's simple pleasures that make all the difference.

Pétanque Tournaments
In the shade of the trees, a pétanque court awaits you. No complicated rules, no formalities, just the clatter of boules, laughter, friendly refereeing debates, and the simple pleasure of playing together without taking yourself too seriously. Illuminated at nightfall, the court remains open well after sunset.

Preserving resources, rethinking practices, adapting equipment: here, every technical choice is also a choice of consistency . Private well covering our water needs, notably for the wellness area. Irrigation supplied by an underground network fed by rainwater tanks.

Supply hot water, heat the pool, and maintain comfortable temperatures in the gîtes during the off-season.
Energy Autonomy
LED lighting, low-consumption pumps, and a 36 kW photovoltaic roof help reduce our dependence on external energy sources.
Wood Pellet Heating
Replaces fossil fuels and provides heat for the entire Domaine.
