With over 30 years of experience , Chef David Galtier has developed a cuisine inspired by his Aveyron roots and his deep attachment to nature, local produce and authentic flavours.
His culinary world is guided by a simple philosophy: to elevate the ingredient without artifice. Each dish is conceived as a balanced creation, where seasoning, precision of cooking and the aesthetics of the plate all contribute to a complete sensory experience. Through his company Du Goût – Chef Privé, David brings his expertise to bespoke occasions , crafting gastronomic experiences tailored to each event : cocktail receptions, wedding meals, family celebrations and private gatherings.

Flooded with natural light through its large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the park, it offers a refined, timeless and fully adaptable setting, ready to be shaped around your vision.
Designed with every detail in mind , it comes equipped with furniture for up to 160 guests : round tables, rectangular tables, chairs and high tables, all configurable to suit your preferred layout. At one end , a fully equipped catering area allows vendors to work discreetly behind the scenes , without ever disturbing your guests.
