Based in Rodez, Inès Blanc is an unconventional florist from Aveyron and the founder of Sentiers Sauvages. Without a fixed shop, a fully intentional choice, she prefers to stay on the move, meeting couples, discovering venues and immersing herself in their stories to better bring them to life through flowers. Originally from Millau, Inès first studied psychology before following what felt like an obvious path: flowers. Trained through an apprenticeship and enriched by experiences in Corsica and as far as Atlanta, she returned to Aveyron with a broad, free-spirited vision deeply rooted in nature.
Working mainly on a made-to-order basis, her universe blends seasonal fresh flowers, dried flowers and preserved foliage: three floral languages she combines with sensitivity and intention, adapting to each project. For weddings, she supports couples from the bridal bouquet to the full venue design, co-creating every detail with care. For professionals and private clients alike, she also creates sustainable, maintenance-free plant installations: preserved botanical frames, floral arrangements for offices, shops and restaurants, all designed to integrate naturally into their surroundings.

Conceived as a pavilion of light nestled within a 3-hectare natural park, L'Orangerie de Romy is the heart of your celebrations. Flooded with natural light through its large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the park, it offers a refined, timeless and fully adaptable setting, ready to be shaped around your vision.
Designed with every detail in mind , it comes equipped with furniture for up to 160 guests : round tables, rectangular tables, chairs and high tables, all configurable to suit your preferred layout. At one end , a fully equipped catering area allows vendors to work discreetly behind the scenes , without ever disturbing your guests.
For your evening celebrations , L'Orangerie de Romy is fitted with a professional-grade sound and lighting system, ready to welcome a DJ or live musicians and keep the party alive well into the night. Its understated and elegant décor provides complete freedom to personalise the space according to your theme and your vision.
