In Langogne, Lozère, Sylvie Faucher is a Master Artisan Chocolatier. Originally trained in hospitality, she discovered the world of chocolate and instantly found her true calling.
In her atelier , she works exclusively with exceptional cocoa beans, selected for their traceability and remarkable aromatic complexity, sourced from Madagascar, Peru, Tanzania, Vietnam, São Tomé and other renowned origins. Having trained with some of France's finest chocolatiers, she transforms these remarkable beans in her Lozère workshop into refined chocolates that fully express the character of each terroir.
Through Secret de Cacao, Sylvie invites visitors on a true sensory journey. Single-origin ganaches, smooth and crunchy pralines, Grand Cru chocolate bars, candied orange peel and artisan spreads , very creation is designed to delight both the eye and the palate.
